About Us

Roof Repair Wellington provides roof repair, restoration, maintenance and replacement services to homeowners across the Greater Wellington region of New Zealand.

Quotes and Estimates

Any prices, quotes or estimates provided through this website or in response to an enquiry are indicative until we have inspected the roof in person. A firm price is only confirmed in a written quote following an on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to the condition of the roof being as described and reasonably accessible.

Scope of Work

The scope of any work we carry out is defined in the written quote or agreement for that job. Additional work identified once a repair is underway will be discussed and quoted separately before it is carried out, wherever practical.

Workmanship

We carry out our work to the New Zealand Building Code and stand behind it with a workmanship guarantee, the terms of which are provided with your quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as roofing sheets and coatings are provided by the relevant manufacturer.
